You may cancel your order or request a replacement within 15 days of receiving the products.

This allows us to maintain the highest level of quality control when stocking and delivering products to our customers. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all parts and accessories. Products must be returned within 7 days from submission of your return/replacement request to be eligible for a refund/replacement. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% of the value of your invoice if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories. In addition, we reserve the right to not issue a refund or replacement if the product is used, missing components or accessories, or if the product or packaging is damaged due to misuse or negligence. Often products get damaged or lost in transit. We always recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Please mail us the acknowledgement for receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery as soon as you believe it has been delivered to us.
For maintaining hygiene, safety and precautions, the return/refund of the following products is restricted
