All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all parts and accessories. Often products get damaged or lost in transit. We always recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Please mail us the acknowledgement for receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery as soon as you believe it has been delivered to us.
For maintaining hygiene, safety and precautions, the return/refund of the following products is restricted
- The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
