We have made returns and cancelations easy and straight forward.

You may cancel your order or request a replacement within 15 days of receiving the products.

Due to their nature and to maintain high levels of hygiene, safety and precautions, Beauty & Personal Care Products and Food/Edible products like tea, etc. cannot be returned. This allows us to maintain the highest level of quality control when stocking and delivering products to our customers. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our support team for a replacement

All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all parts and accessories. Products must be returned within 7 days from submission of your return/replacement request to be eligible for a refund/replacement. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% of the value of your invoice if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories. In addition, we reserve the right to not issue a refund or replacement if the product is used, missing components or accessories, or if the product or packaging is damaged due to misuse or negligence. Once again, this only allows us to maintain the highest level of quality control when stocking and delivering products to our customers.In order to initiate a return or refund, we would appreciate if you inform us of your decision by email on hello@rosmonte.com

Often products get damaged or lost in transit. We always recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Please mail us the acknowledgement for receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery as soon as you believe it has been delivered to us.

For maintaining hygiene, safety and precautions, the return/refund of the following products is restricted

  • The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
